At one Annual Meeting at a church to God, Ray and the spiritual messengers of God looked upon each minister and teacher to ask them if they wished to renew their vows in a covenant with God for this time. As they did, the light of God was given to dwell within each minister and candlelebra, or teacher and candlestick. Those who are sensitive can feel this presence.
