Ray invites each minister to renew vows
In about 1998, Ray and the spiritual messengers of God around and through him stood once again and invited the ministers and teachers to renew their covenant with God, as God and all of heaven renewed it with each in the preparation for the coming of the Messiah. The love and spiritual presence that filled the church was in such great measure it was as though one stood before the throne of God, more than standing on earth.
